Partners and affiliates
Partners and affiliates can be internal within AUT, or external end-users, including community groups, interested authorities and external researchers. Whether you qualify as a partner or an affiliate depends on your commitment to regenerative environment practices.
- Partners are those that wish to work together from concept to completion on regenerative environment projects, and are committed to actioning co-developed research outputs, while providing opportunities for AUT staff and students.
- Affiliates are those with existing regenerative environment projects that require expertise from Te Whare Tūroa, or those who require Te Whare Tūroa to design and deliver a regenerative environment plan on their behalf.
Expectations of partner and affiliate members
- Partners are expected to enter into a written agreement with Te Whare Tūroa to outline the extent of resource and knowledge exchange required, as well as the form and delivery of actionable research outcomes.
- Affiliates are expected to enter into a written agreement with Te Whare Tūroa to outline key deliverables and expectations.
- Support the kaupapa of Te Whare Tūroa.
- Contribute to and participate in network activities and events including caucus groups.
- Provide specialist advice on strategic initiatives and research and action, as invited by Te Whare Tūroa.
- Are currently undertaking, planning to undertake, or needing to undertake regenerative research, the co-development of regenerative plans and their delivery, or the application of regenerative research outputs, within appropriate ethical principles and practices.
- Attend the annual symposium.
